Firefighters from Sari-Iganmu and Ilupeju Fire Stations rush go the scene sharp-sharp, and dem manage control the situation before e fit turn to serious matter. Naim dem save more shops wey dey surround the area from fire disaster. According to Margaret Adeseye, wey be the Director for Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, dem handle am well, but plenty shops still suffer small damage.
Thank God, no lives lost, but one person sustain minor hand injury during the yab where gas do explosion. Margaret confirm say, “Swift responses from the fire stations help prevent any more wahala.” She reassure people say operations for market don finish, and everybody dey safe for now. E be like film, but thank God no be another serious matter again because fire service people go there quick-quick to avert disaster.

We dey transfer the remaining fuel to another tanker, while we dey try recover the damaged vehicles.” E no easy for dem wey dey work for fire service under plenty pressure. Eyewitnesses wey dey around when the explosion happen talk say dem hear loud bang, and everybody scatter for market like say dem see ghost. “People dey run, some dey shout.
