The whole wahala begin after the Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission (PCACC) start to investigate the matter. Dem don catch way wey show say over N4 billion wey dem suppose use for the people don turn to personal cash for Ganduje and hin boys. Na during hin tenure do dem transfer 20 percent equity to Dala Inland Dry Port, and e be like dem use am make one ‘fictitious’ business like City Green Enterprise.
And if na you dey gree say all dis na naija gists wey dey sweet for ear, you better carry your drink, because e go de hot! Dem dey talk say dem sign agreement wey wey funny, transfer 80% shares of Dala Inland Dry Port, and in the end, aam! Kano State no fit claim their own share again. Wetin dem dey call am? Theft? Ganduje dey face serious accusations wey include fraud and self-serving action wey cause financial loss to the state – N4,492,387,013.76 no be joke o! Na money wey suppose serve everybody! As dey go dey check court matter for Kano, judge Amina Adamu-Aliyu don dismiss preliminary objections from dem, saying dem dey incompetent. This one mean say say wahala redi for Ganduje and hin padi dem. Everybody dey watch, because dis case fit change wetin dem dey call governance for Kano State.
