Manchester City brushed past Burnley at the Etihad on Saturday, winning 6-0 to progress to the semi-finals of the FA Cup.

Haaland scored a first-half brace and completed his hat-trick in the 59th minute of the tie against Vincent Kompany’s Championship high-flyers.
Haaland shines for City again
It wasn’t the return to Manchester Kompany would have hoped for as Haaland ran riot for the second time this week. The 22-year-old is in frightening form and scored five against RB Leipzig on Tuesday; City won 7-0 on Tuesday and 6-0 on Saturday – scoring 13 goals in less than a week.
Haaland named Man of the Match
Haaland deservedly picked up the Man of the Match Award as the rain came down on a wet evening in the northwest and City can now prepare for an FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.
Haaland’s sixth hat-trick of the season
Saturday’s treble was Haaland’s sixth hat-trick of the season. He has now scored 16 hat-tricks at club level and two with Norway at international level.
