E tell Justice James Omotosho say Kanu’s broadcasts dey incite violence and dey empower IPOB militant wing wey dem dey call Eastern Security Network (ESN). ‘From my investigation,’ Mr. DDD talk, ‘the defendant’s broadcasts directly contribute to economic paralysis for South-East,’ na wetin e talk as dem led am by prosecution counsel, Chief Adegboyega Awomolo (SAN). Mr. DDD talk say Kanu smuggle radio transmitter come Nigeria, hide am for household items to evade customs checks. The radio dey for one Benjamin Madubougu house for Ihiala, Anambra State, and after dem search the place, dem recover the transmitter, weapons, Indian hemp, and even Biafran currency. Na wa! Dem also bring one controversial article from Vanguard wey talk say Kanu order collection of 2000 human heads for burial rites, but only 30 heads naim dem manage gather. The defence team, wey dey led by Dr. Onyechi Ikpeazu (SAN), don try object to some of di evidence, but di judge no gree.
