Cronulla’s Will Kennedy Inspires Sharks to Comeback Win Against Parramatta

Cronulla Sharks’ fullback, Will Kennedy, inspired his team to a come-from-behind victory against the Parramatta Eels at the Western Sydney Stadium.

Despite the Eels starting strongly and going up 10-0 early in the game, Kennedy’s first career hat-trick eventually condemned them to consecutive losses to start the season.

Parramatta’s halfback, Mitchell Moses, grabbed two tries in his 200th NRL match, but it wasn’t enough to save his team from defeat.

The Eels’ coach, Brad Arthur, will be frustrated that his side was unable to maintain their early momentum, particularly as they have a tough run of fixtures ahead.

The Sharks were ultimately able to hold on for their first win of the season.
