Court refuses to grant full custody of 3-year-old to father

The Judge, Malam Murtala Nasir, in a ruling held that the right for custody was with the mother in Islamic law.

Nasir  dismissed the case for lacking in proof.

Earlier,  Sulaiman, who resides at Rafin Guza area of Kaduna, denied the accusations.
