  Thus the total number of recovered patients amounts to 8 116 while the number of deceased stands at 84 ASMARA Eritrea January 12 2022 APO Group Ninety four patients have been diagnosed positive for COVID 19 in tests conducted today at the Quarantine Centers and Test Stations in the Central Anseba South and North Regions of the Red Sea Of these seventy two patients are from Quarantine Centers 12 and Test Stations 60 in Asmara Central Region Twelve patients are from the Quarantine Center 3 and Test Stations 9 in the Anseba Region Seven patients are from Test Stations in the South Region Three patients are from the Quarantine Center in Massawa North Red Sea Region On the other hand fifty four patients who have been receiving medical treatment in hospitals in the Central 42 and South 12 Regions have fully recovered and have been discharged from these establishments Consequently the total number of recovered patients has risen to 8 116 while the number of deaths stands at 84 The total number of confirmed cases in the country to date has risen to 8 653

3 Ninety-four patients have been diagnosed positive for COVID-19 in tests conducted today at the Quarantine Centers and Test Stations in the Central, Anseba, South and North Regions of the Red Sea.

5 Of these, seventy-two patients are from Quarantine Centers (12) and Test Stations (60) in Asmara, Central Region. Twelve patients are from the Quarantine Center (3) and Test Stations (9) in the Anseba Region. Seven patients are from Test Stations in the South Region. Three patients are from the Quarantine Center in Massawa, North Red Sea Region.

6 On the other hand, fifty-four patients who have been receiving medical treatment in hospitals in the Central (42) and South (12) Regions have fully recovered and have been discharged from these establishments.

7 Consequently, the total number of recovered patients has risen to 8,116, while the number of deaths stands at 84.

8 The total number of confirmed cases in the country to date has risen to 8,653.
