Chinese Communist Party

Jianchun spoke on Thursday, while answering questions about the benefits of Chinese loans to Nigeria, at a seminar entitled “Learning from the history of the Chinese Communist Party and creating a better future”, held at Abuja University.

Nigeria and China

The envoy explained that it was because Nigeria and China had a history of good friendship and bilateral relations.

He regretted, however, that some superpowers paint a bad picture of China’s intentions.

According to him however, it makes sense that when you lend money to a friend or business partner, you also think about how to get the value of the money back.

“Some politicians have tried to use the mentality of the new colonial system to say that, okay, if I lend you money, if you can’t pay me back, you will lose your sovereignty.

“But I want to let you know that the logic is that first, China likes to do something for Nigeria, not only to help, but it is also beneficial for both countries.

“For example, the Chinese side can work with Nigeria for the station because now money is a big constraint, just like in 1978, we had no money.

“I had a lot of experience at the time. In China, we didn’t have money, we didn’t have technology, and we didn’t know how to run the economy.

“But I believe that now, in this critical time, we need money to develop this country. We cannot wait five years, ten years later.

“Sometimes when we were planting trees for the next generation, some people would say that we were borrowing money to let the next generation bear the burden.

“Now that’s not true. Every country has to do something for the next generation, otherwise the country cannot move forward, ”Juanchun said.

Chinese Communist Party

He said that when the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) was founded, it only had a little over 50 members.

He said, however, that things had changed as the ruling party now had over 95 million members in a country of over 1.4 billion people, making it the largest ruling party in the world, with enormous international influence.

“To be frank, by learning from history, we can understand why powers go up and down. Through the mirror of history, we can find where we are now and anticipate the future.

“In fact, if we take a look back at CPC‘s 100 year history, we can see why we have been successful in the past and how we can continue to be successful in the future.

“This will ensure that we act with more determination and determination to stay true to our founding mission and pursue a brighter future on the new journey that awaits us,” Jianchun said.

Sheriff Ibrahim

Professor Sheriff Ibrahim, director of the Institute for Legislative Studies at the University of Abuja, said the development of the Chinese Communist Party was something to celebrate.

According to Ibrahim, the successes are worth celebrating because the CCP has proven to be a nation builder; help China become the second largest economy.

Don said that with China’s success, the CCP has every reason to globally celebrate its 100th anniversary and be the head of business in China.

He said that this achievement is what gave the center the idea to organize the event so that it could discuss and learn from the Chinese experience.

Momoh Kabir

Dr Momoh Kabir, former acting director general of the National Hotel and Tourism Institute (NIHOTOUR), said that while Nigeria’s situation may be different from that of China, there were, however, lessons. useful to learn from the Chinese experience.

“Not just Nigeria as a country, but even our African sister countries and the world in general.

“We are a democracy and we are a growing country. And if there are some things we can take from other countries, especially like China, it will be worth it, ”Momoh said. (NAA)
