Some of the bad boys wey dey operate without proper registration include Famas Services Nigeria Limited (RC 216312), Promo Dutch Investment Limited (RC 396654), and Dialack Concept Nig. Ltd (RC 297772). You fit even check Purpleheart Construction and Real Estate Management Co. Ltd (RC 1210548). If you dey follow them, just know say you dey play with fire.
The list no end there, oh! E still include M/S Loktu Enterprises (BN 373466), Loktu Enterprises (BN 400390), and Badatoyak Ltd (RC 521322). Even Johson Nats Limited (RC 198492) and Peoples Club Nigeria International (CAC/IT/41191) dey on top this troubled list. Anywhere you see their name, shine your eye!
Why all this wahala? CAC talk say dem dey on a serious mission to protect the people’s pocket. Dem wan make sure say investors no dey fall into the traps of these fraudulent activities. Na as e be, dey encourage people to always verify anything wey no clear, straight from the CAC portal before dem enter any transaction. No wahala, just use your phone make you run check!

No forget, CAC don dey since 1990 due to the Companies and Allied Matters Act wey fit register all types of companies and business names. They dey maintain this register across all states, and make sure say all businesses dey comply with CAMA regulations.
So my padi, ease your mind small and do your due diligence. No follow any shady guy wey just dey come meet you talk big size. If you no fit recognize am, better leave am for the real players wey don register proper.
