Middlesbrough, England – E don happen, my people! Middlesbrough don show dem serious form as dem just japa West Bromwich Albion 2-1 for di Riverside Stadium, and na wetin dem call better start for Championship. Dis victory mean say Boro don collect 16 points out of 18, and dem dey four points ahead of Stoke City. (E be like say dem no wan hear word at all!)
David Strelec and Kaly Sene, two new signings, don shine like diamond yesterday night. Strelec open di scoring for Boro after 26 minutes, as e flick ball wey come from long throw. Na im make dem fans dey mad with joy. (Na how e take work, abeg!)
Second half, Kaly Sene wey come in for Strelec, follow am sharply and blast di ball enter net sharp-sharp. Na wah! Boro fans dey enjoy their football well well. But e no be all rosy for West Brom, as dem struggle just like person wey dey find fish for dry land.
Despite all di wahala, Aune Heggebo of West Brom come put small pepper for di game as e header late goal around 90 minute. But na too late for dem. Boro manage hold di win and make dem fans dey dance for street. (West Brom fit dey wish for dem ‘second chance’ like say dem dey watch soap opera!)
Rob Edwards, Boro coach, don dey enjoy di show as e talk say he proud of di team resilience. Dem no win na dem only dey collect wins like say dem be lottery winners! (Na your turn to shine!)
West Brom on di other hand need return to di drawing board. Ryan Mason, di Baggies coach, dey wonder how dem fit score again, as e bin dey give motivational talk like pastor for church. (Those motivational talks no dey work for football o!)
Currently, Middlesbrough dey show say dem ready to fight for promotion, and na dem dey lead di whole Championship tinz. My gist be say, make we dey watch as di season dey unfold. Who sabi, maybe dem go carry di cup home at di end!
