Him resignation come as Tinubu dey shout loud say we dey face national security emergency, wetin fit make people dey wonder wetin dey happen for dis country wey plenty people don suffer from kidnappings, killings, and banditry.
As e be, Badaru no fit just dey pack him things without anybody sabi wetin him don talk before. Just last week, during interview for BBC Hausa Service, Badaru open mouth talk say Naija Air Force no fit locate some hiding terrorists because di forest dey too thick. E come dey make all of us wey dey hear am dey ask, ‘Wetin dey happen here now?’ (Maybe dem dey use camouflage wey na only they fit see). How come terrorists dey hide for bush when we no even get enough forest cover like dat for Northern Nigeria?
Na true say northern part no too get thick bush for everywhere, but di way wey di minister dey talk e get as e dey sound like say him dey give excuse instead of solution. E don make many Nigerians dey vex because di casualties dey high, and our citizens dey run from place to place like say dem dey play hide and seek with di bandits. Shey we no go fit short dem down?? Dem don kill over 100,000 Nigerians already according to Vice President Kashim Shettima.
Dis one make sense how? Badaru dey show say he no get any grand plan to tackle di insecurity wey dey mata before we eye open. E no dey possible say dem go continue to dey hide for faraway places wey bombs no fit reach. No be wetin we dey talk, na wetin government sef dey owe us; to protect us! Na why we dey ask, where den dey put di intel wey sabi wetin dey happen?
Di National Security Adviser and all di Service Chiefs gatz take action o. Dis na time to do wetin we fit do, no be all dis talk wey dey shame our troops wey dey face di heat for frontlines. Badaru gatz come out, even Tinubu gatz find better person wey fit hold di matter. We need Democrat-style action like di way America don tackle Osama bin Laden, we need technological backing to put dis insurgents for ground.
So, as dem waka go find another person to fit replace Badaru, make we dey hope say di new minister go fit carry di battle to di forest and bring peace back to our sweet Naija.
