Arsenal Women’s head coach Jonas Eidevall has spoken highly of Tottenham Women ahead of their North London Derby clash on Saturday. Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Eidevall said: “I’ve seen a Tottenham side that’s been a little bit unlucky. They’ve been working really hard. I think they have a quality team of players that we have a lot of respect for, so I expect an opponent that will make life very hard for us on Saturday. We need to be on top of our game in order to win.”

Tottenham Women’s head coach Rehanne Skinner, meanwhile, has said: “They’re a top European team. So we know it’s going to be tough but in derbies, it’s an occasion so form can go out the window. And it’s on our home turf which is great. We don’t fear them, that’s for sure, but we know that we’re going to have to be really on it to nullify the strengths that they have, and be diligent in the way that we apply ourselves in positions of causing problems going forward.”
