Istanbul, Turkey – Fenerbahce president Ali Koc don talk say Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen too big to dey play for Turkish Super Lig. Dis statement come as Galatasaray, Fenerbahce’s fierce rival, don secure Osimhen on loan from Napoli.
Koc made dis comment during an interview with TRT Spor. E emphasize say Osimhen, wey don score 33 goals since e join Galatasaray, na ‘special player’ wey dey ‘above Turkey’.
“Osimhen na special player and him dey in different category. E fit come once every 40 years,” Koc talk. “Galatasaray luck dey for their side as dem sign him.”
Fenerbahce fans don dey vex say Koc no bring Osimhen to their side. Koc respond say dem never offer Osimhen to Fenerbahce, and circumstances surround the transfer favor Galatasaray.
“For those wey no sabi about Osimhen transfer, let me yan am; luck dey for Galatasaray side,” Koc continue. “Mauro Icardi wey dey injured help them fit secure him. If dem no get the injury, e fit be different matter.”
