Air Force Don Launch New Fitness Plan Weh Go Make Airmen Fit

Colorado, USA — Omo, the Air Force don finally show their serious side with their new fitness initiative wey dem dey call the “Culture of Fitness.” Dis one no be joke o! Na to make sure say all dem airmen and guardians dey fit like dem be strong padi for gym.

According to Air Force Secretary Troy Meink, dis wahala wey dem call fitness no be just to do push-ups and sit-ups, e get as e dey affect everything wey consigned the well-being of our boys and girls wey dey defend the nation. If you dey ask wetin dey sweet for belle, na say dem go dey give better support for mental health, nutrition, and family wellbeing. Na serious business!

Dem just announce am for Thursday, change don dey land like food wey dey hot for pot, with major focus on four key principles. First, health management go dey proactive; next, dem go upgrade physical conditioning; third, dem go change the way dem dey promote health and nutrition; and finally, fitness assessments go dey collect new data wey go fit reflect wetin dem need for operational demands. Abeg, make we shine our eyes!

And come hear dis — dem plan to open 181 gyms wey go dey run 24/7! E mean say from now on, airmen fit waka go gym anytime wey dem feel like, even if na 3am. Who like better thing? But no be only gym, o! Better food dey come too. Dem dey revamp the meal options to get better nutrition for all service members. Na so we go dey chop better food now!

Dem follow one report from the Government Accountability Office wey talk say the current meal options plenty no good, and service members dey face wahala to get correct food. As we no fit dey chop junk, dem don finally waka come out to find solution for all the serious matter wey dey ground, because na the health of the people wey go keep the military for ground strong.

Another big news be say, airmen fit run 2-mile race talk less of 1.5 mile wey dem dey do before. Dem go dey take the fitness test twice a year now instead of just once. Na serious wahala for those wey dey dodge fitness! Training go hard, but e go make dem sharp. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David Allvin no dey play; him talk say dis change go help dem get strong and prepared to fit tackle any wahala wey fit land for front.

As e be now, all dis new fitness rules go start January 1, 2026, and dem plan to begin scoring officially by September 2026.
