Agent Clarifies Olisa Ndah’s Transfer Rumors
Orlando Pirates defender Olisa Ndah was strongly speculated to make a move to the Serie A side, Sassuolo, during the past transfer window.
Ndah had been putting on great performances with Pirates, which likely sparked the interest.
However, this move did not come to fruition with Agent Jared Makaab clearing up what happened.
He told FARPost that an injury occurred just as the move was being on-the-table, leading Italy‘s interest to fizzle out.
According to Makaab, he was brought in to manage Ndah’s interests, after which he decided to divert attention to the ALX‘s WomXn and Tech program, an initiative that aims to provide up to fifty thousand women with software engineering skills.
Makaab had good words for the Italian club, citing that Ndah was an intriguing prospect for them, but also praising the initiative for its efforts to give opportunities to women.
In conclusion, it seems like Olisa Ndah’s potential move to Serie A did not go through due to the player suffering an injury at Sport Club Internacional.
However, Ndah will be free to pursue his interests in the next transfer window.
