ABUJA, Nigeria – Na today, former Minister of Justice and Attorney-General, Abubakar Malami, drop bombshell as e resign from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and join the African Democratic Congress (ADC). E release the news for public matter with statement wey e talk say, “To the good people of Kebbi and fellow Nigerians.” (No be small wahala wey dey ground o!)
Malami yan say, this move no be because of personal ambition or anger, but because e love Nigeria too much and dey worry about how sabi people dey suffer for ground. “Nigeria dey bleed,” na wetin Malami talk. E no go like make anybody feel safe as banditry, kidnappings, and terrorism don enter our daily lives like say na normal thing. Talk wey fit make somebody lose hope abi?
E talk say, “Insecurity don scatter our homes, especially for North. The government dey busy with politics while our safety na the last tin for their mind.” Na true sha, who wan feel like say dem no dey nip wahala for their own backyard?
Malami also talk say, prices of basic food items don triple, and youth dey feel like dem go waka enter the bush with no job in sight. “Our economy dey in shambles. People wey dey suffer no fit feed their families again… Jobs don dey vanish like mirage,” na him talk. (Wetin we go do now? Change to the galala, abi we go sitdown dey look?)
According to Malami, governance don kpai! “Appointments, projects and policies dey guided by political loyalty rather than national interest.” No be joke, he said e no fit dey part of system wey dey watch people dey suffer without doing anything.
Now, wetin set as him rally call? “This move na to amplify your voice, protect your interests and restore hope to our future.” E even promise say, him go stay true to Kebbi State people wey him represent. Malami believe say ADC go fit change the narrative for Nigeria if all of us join the pack.
“This coalition na to create a new path for our beloved country. Everybody for Nigeria gatz join this movement, make we rise above fear and reclaim our nation,” as e talk.
