Yobe State government don dey collaborate with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to ensure that the 2025 budget reflect the real needs of the people. ActionAid Nigeria, one of the NGOs involved, has been urging residents of Yobe State to actively participate in the budget formulation process.

Mr David Habba, the Humanitarian and Resilience Manager at ActionAid Nigeria, emphasize the importance of community involvement in budget planning.
