Eastern Illinois manage to cut into de deficit when Pierce Holley find Cooper Willman for a 12-yard touchdown just before halftime. However, SEMO quickly respond on their next possession, as DeLaurent throw a 3-yard touchdown pass to Tristan Smith.
DeLaurent add to de score by rushing in from de 1-yard line with 12:22 remaining, pushing de lead to 38-14. Holley finish de game with 366 passing yards and two touchdowns, while MJ Flowers contribute two rushing touchdowns for de Panthers.
