MLS Friday Slate: Nashville dey fly, LAFC go bounce back

After World Cup break, MLS don return with small slate for Friday. Only two matches dey, but plenty gist dey inside.

Nashville SC dey top of Eastern Conference. Yes, dem dey better pass team wey get Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, and Rodrigo De Paul. Tonight dem go face Atlanta United, wey be second worst for conference.

Atlanta dey score only one goal per match, but dia back line dey solid. However, Nashville no get loss for GEODIS Park for MLS this year. Dem win six of seven matches, with one draw. I dey sure dem go win, but Atlanta defense fit keep am low.

Atlanta don lose two of dia last three matches, but dem allow only five goals for dat stretch. Nashville don beat dem 2-0 for road earlier season. I expect another low scoring win for Nashville.

Prediction: Nashville win 3-0.

Second match na LA Galaxy versus LAFC. LAFC start season with six straight shutouts, but don fall to 7-3-5. Dem dey fifth for Western Conference. Galaxy just sell Gabriel Pec, wey lead team for goals and assists.

Without Pec, Galaxy attack go suffer. LAFC back line dey struggle, but I think under three goals fit happen. Last three El Tráfico matches get six, four, and six goals. But tonight, as Galaxy learn to play without top producer, and LAFC try to fix defense, I expect 1-1 draw.

Prediction: 1-1 draw.
