NDDC announce dis for dia official X account on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at 11:43 AM GMT+1. Dem tok say di postponement na because of unforeseen circumstances wey di commission no get control over.
Di post wey NDDC share read: “On behalf of di Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), di Directorate of Education, Health and Social Services (EHSS) wish to inform all applicants to di Nigeria–Russia Scholarship Programme dat di Computer-Based Test (CBT), previously scheduled for Monday, 6 July 2026, don dey postponed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond di Commission’s control.”
NDDC apologise to all applicants for any inconvenience dis matter fit cause. Dem appreciate di patience and understanding of di candidates.
Di commission tok say dem go announce a new date for di CBT soon. Dem advise applicants to monitor dia email addresses and NDDC official communication channels for updates.
Dis development affect many young pipo wey dey hope to study for Russia through dis scholarship. NDDC no give any reason for di postponement, but dem assure applicants say dem go hear di new date in due course.
