Bosnia and Herzegovina don qualify as one of the best third-placed teams and go face USA for San Francisco on Wednesday 1 July at 6pm local time, 1am BST Thursday 2 July.
Brazil don win their group and go face Japan, the runners-up from Group F, for Houston on Monday 29 June at noon local time, 6pm BST.
Morocco don qualify and go play Netherlands, the winners of Group F, for Monterrey on Monday 29 June at 7pm local time, 2am BST Tuesday 30 June.
USA don finish as Group D winners and go face Bosnia and Herzegovina for San Francisco on Wednesday 1 July.
Australia don qualify as runners-up and go meet Egypt, the runners-up from Group G, for Dallas on Friday 3 July at 1pm local time, 9pm BST.
Côte d’Ivoire finish second and go head to Dallas to play Norway, the runners-up in Group I, on 30 June at noon local time, 6pm BST.

Cape Verde don progress to the last 32 as Group H runners-up in their World Cup debut and go face Argentina, the Group J winners, for Miami on Friday 3 July at 6pm local time, 11pm BST.
France don qualify as group winners with perfect record and go play Sweden for New Jersey on Tuesday 30 June.
Norway don qualify as runners-up and go play Côte d'Ivoire for Dallas on Tuesday 30 June.
Senegal don qualify as one of the best third-placed teams but still dey wait to know their opponent.
Argentina don qualify as group winners and go face Cape Verde for Miami on Friday 3 July.
Colombia don qualify and go top the group if dem avoid defeat by Portugal. Portugal go top with win over Colombia, second with draw, but still go through as one of the best third-placed teams if dem lose and DR Congo no get huge goal difference swing.
England don top Group K after beating Panama and go play the third-placed team from Groups I or K for Atlanta on Wednesday 1 July at 5pm local time, 10pm BST.
Croatia clinch second spot with win over Ghana and go face the second placed team in Group K for the last 32.
Ghana don also qualify as one of the best third-placed teams despite defeat.
Uruguay, Czechia, Qatar, Scotland, Haiti, Turkey, Curaçao, Tunisia, New Zealand, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Jordan, Panama don all eliminate.
