The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) don open portal for candidates wey go participate for 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) mop-up exercise to print their examination notification slips.
According to JAMB, the slip get important information like candidates examination centres, dates and other instructions wey dem need for the exam.
The mop-up exercise na for candidates wey no fit write the main UTME because of fault wey no be their own.
For one statement, JAMB urge affected candidates to print their slips quick and familiarise themselves with their examination locations before the test date wey be 13 June 2026.
“Affected candidates are hereby urged to print their Examination Notification Slips, familiarise themselves with their examination centres, and make all necessary arrangements ahead of the examination date,” the board tok.
The examination body advise candidates make dem no wait until last minute before confirming their centres. Dem warn say early preparation go help dem avoid logistical wahala on examination day.
This development come weeks after JAMB explain why dem delay printing of 2026 UTME original result slips.
According to the board, the delay na because of completion of foreign examinations and preparations for the mop-up exercise.
“The printing of the 2026 UTME Original Result Slip has not yet been activated,” JAMB spokesman Fabian Benjamin don talk.
He add say the board dey prepare “to conduct the mop-up examination for candidates who were unable to sit for the main examination through no fault of theirs.”
JAMB assure candidates say all necessary arrangements don dey for smooth conduct of the mop-up examination and urge dem to comply with all examination guidelines.
