“Each time di water freeze and expand, e dey force di asphalt to crack and break apart,” McConnell and Associates tok. “And each time e melt, e dey drain away, leaving empty space under di pavement. Dis hollow space dey make di road weak and easy to spoil under di weight of vehicles.”
