Her doctors first think say na post-birth-control syndrome, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, or even intestinal parasite. But none of those diagnoses correct.
She say, ‘At my core, I knew none of them were right. But as my symptoms intensified, so did my self-doubt.’ She talk say women often dey taught to distrust the severity of their own pain. She believe am too.
The actress say she struggle to play her character because the illness create distance between her and Starlight. Her memory fail, her body feel unfamiliar, and her emotional presence become hard to access.
