UI students protest shutdown of amenities over NASU strike

Students of University of Ibadan don begin peaceful protest for campus. Dem dey vex because basic amenities don shut down due to ongoing strike by Non-Academic Staff Union, NASU.

The students dey call on Federal Government to meet NASU demands. Dem say the strike dey cause serious wahala for campus.

Protesters take to streets inside UI, Ibadan. Dem dey demand restoration of electricity, water, and other essential services wey non-academic staff dey manage.

The students dey lament the hardship. Dem say academic activities don suffer because of the strike.

Dem dey urge government to quickly enter dialogue with striking unions. Make dem resolve the impasse and bring normalcy back to the institution.
