The hackers claim say dem enter through one third-party service wey dey help Rockstar monitor their data. Na Anodot, one software-as-a-service platform for monitoring and analytics. Dem also mention Snowflake, one cloud analytics platform wey dem use. The hackers say dem get authentication tokens for Anodot wey give dem access to Rockstar data warehouse.
For their message wey dem post for dark web, ShinyHunters warn Rockstar say make dem reach out before Tuesday April 14, 2026. Dem say if Rockstar no pay, dem go leak the data and bring “several annoying (digital) problems” come their way. Dem write say “Make the right decision. Don’t be the next headline. Final warning: pay or leak.”
