On Sunday, dis APC member distribute food items to vulnerable groups like elderly pipo, women, and widows. Him also officially launch Food Bank and Asoludaro Market initiative wey go help residents of di state.
Di distribution take place during di inauguration of di programme wey dem title “The Remi Asoludero Food Bank and Asoludero Market” for him constituency office for Ologuneru, Ibadan, inside Ido Local Government Area. Oseni tok say for over 15 years, him foundation don dey try to impact lives. Him yarn say, “Na not campaign o—na my way of life. In fact, giving na my ministry.” Him explain say di initiative align with President Bola Tinubu him Renewed Hope and Economic Rebirth Agenda, wey aim to restore stability and economic growth for Nigeria.
As Chairman of di House Committee on di Federal Road Maintenance Agency, Oseni tok for di event say, “Di initiative provide plenty food items at subsidised rates, plus free food for di needy, including elderly pipo, widows, single mothers, and others wey dey inside difficult situation. E also include lifetime food assistance for pipo wey, because of physical challenges, no fit cater for demselves, under di Remi Oseni Foundation for Better Life and Youth Empowerment—na humanitarian programme wey dem design to make sure say no vulnerable member of our community go sleep with empty belle.”
Oseni emphasize say for him, dis matter no be about politics; na about humanity. Him yarn say him journey of giving never start with politics, and e no go end with politics. “By God grace, we don consistently support students, empower women, assist widows, and stand by di vulnerable. Today, we dey strengthen dat commitment by establishing structured, transparent, and sustainable system wey go provide consistent food support to widows, elderly pipo, orphans, single parents, and those wey dey need.”
Him add say when families get support, pikin dem go focus better for school, homes go experience stability, and communities go grow stronger. Oseni tok clear say di initiative no be political, no be religious, and e open to all eligible beneficiaries.
