But Iheanacho quick show face and confront di senior player. “Iheanacho showed up and was angry at him, saying, ‘You see that someone came to see me in my room and you are chasing him from my room.’ So Iheanacho took my hand and took me inside,” Osimhen yarn. Dis incident happen under former head coach Gernot Rohr for 2017.
Since dat 2017 debut wey Nigeria lose 2-0 to South Africa, Osimhen don play over 50 matches for Super Eagles. Im don score 35 goals, just two goals behind late legendary striker Rashidi Yekini for Nigeria all-time goalscoring list.
