This morning, I cut our State Executive Council meeting short to visit the family of our beloved Reverend Dr. Uma Ukpai. He was a global evangelist, teacher, and spiritual leader who touch many lives.
Rev. Dr. Uma Ukpai no be just any kind person; him na true icon of faith and humility. I still dey remember wetin him tell me years ago: “You go be the next Governor of Akwa Ibom State.” That prophecy come true, and I dey grateful to am for the spiritual guidance and the legacy wey him leave behind.
As we dey mourn, we dey stand with the Uma Ukpai family during this hard time. We dey pray make God comfort dem and give dem strength. Though him ministry don end for this side of life, the impact wey him don make go continue to shine across Akwa Ibom, Nigeria, and for everywhere wey people dey.
