Yesterday, I waka go ARISE Palm Resort with Honourable Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo. E talk say the progress wey dem don make for di project dey very encouraging. He describe am as mind-blowing and say e go complete wetin we get for Victor Attah International Airport. Na so him talk say tourism and aviation dey linked well well.
After that, we follow am go check facilities for di airport, where him praise Akwa Ibom State say dem dey ahead of plan for di international flights wey go start for April 2026.
I wan use this opportunity thank President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for di approval wey him give for di airport upgrade and di quick release of funds. Na so we fit build for di future wey go benefit our people.
