Today, I don sign the ₦1.584 trillion 2026 Appropriation Bill as law. We dey allocate 76% of di money for capital projects and 24% for recurrent expenditure. Dis one na clear sign say we dey serious to invest more for infrastructure, job creation, and long-term growth for di people of Akwa Ibom.
I wan commend di strong teamwork wey dey exist between di Executive, Legislature, and Judiciary. Na dis synergy don help us to achieve plenty for our state. As we dey enter 2026, I don tell my team make dem act with urgency, passion, and accountability. Dis year na for action, no be for excuses. Together, we go keep dey Arise to di Renewed Hope for our people and our state.
