Wetin be refuse dump before don turn to better place wey dem go develop into modern Government Residential Area. Dem go build new Uyo GRA, middle-income housing, plus creative village and all the infrastructure wey go support am.
This project go tackle erosion wey dey happen, e go also help reduce housing problem wey dey persist for the area, plus e go open new development ways wey dey near city centre. Na wetin dem dey talk be say dem wan turn land wey don waste into opportunity, create jobs, and push sustainable urban growth under ARISE Agenda.
Pastor Umo Eno dey lead this initiative, and e really show say na im get big vision for this kind transformation.
