Today, I lead the swearing-in ceremony for 23 new commissioners at the Government House Banquet Hall in Yola. As dem don take oath of office, I tell dem say, make dem forget about self-promotion, corruption, and nepotism. I emphasize say their main job na to serve the people of Adamawa well.
I remind dem say, na the people dem supposed to focus on, no be to enrich themselves. Every decision wey dem go make, suppose dey for the betterment of our state. Make dem remember say, leadership no be about personal gain, but to bring positive change to our community.
