Di Forum don agree sey all di States for di subregion go need to adopt di Education Law 2022, wey di Northeast Education Council don recommend earlier. Dis action go help improve education better for di area.
Di Forum also don charge di Northeast Development Commission (NEDC) make dem dey more proactive for development matter wey dey affect di subregion. Dem need prioritize their intervention well, make sure sey dem fit meet di sustainable development needs of di people for di area in short, medium, and long term.
Dem don decide sey dem go promote commerce for di subregion among di member States. Di Forum agree to revamp di northeast trade fair wey go happen for Bauchi in January 2024.
Furthermore, dem don plan di 9th Meeting to take place for Yola, Adamawa State, from Friday 3rd to Saturday 4th November 2023.
Di Chairman of di forum, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, wey be di Governor of Borno State, dey lead dis discussion.
