Ogungbade yan say make we no dey mistake our civil matter with criminal case. E talk say police no suppose dey used like bazooka for small matter wey fit settle for court. Matters like contract wahala, tenancy gbege, and land ownership no suppose go police like say na serious offense.
The AG don chuk mouth talk say dis kind of use of police dey undermine rule of law. E stress say dis matter dey vex him because e fit turn normal people to prisoners for no reason. If dem arrest you because landlord wan use police pressure you, na wah o!
As if dat one no enough, Ogungbade don explain how people dey misuse police power to settle personal beef. Dem get one case wey dem carry tenant, madam Aishat Idowu, wey landlord call police for her matter wey suppose go court, and dem don also carry come plenty land case wey people dey use police as bulldozer to bully others.
