My people, Kano State Government don gist us say dem go reduce working hours for civil servants during the holy month of Ramadan. E be like say dem wan give us more time to chop better prayer and focus on our spiritual life no be small!
Di circular wey dey come from di office of di Head of Civil Service, signed by Safiyya Suleiman, clear sey civil servants go dey work one hour less each day throughout di fasting season. If you be worker for Kano State, listen well – Monday to Thursday, una go dey work from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., instead of di usual closing time. Fridays go remain 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Nothing change for that one!
Di government talk say dis adjustment na to show respect for di holy month and make sure say everybody fit participate fully in religious activities. Dem even mention say dis season na time to pray for peace and stability for di state and for di whole Nigeria, as e dey important like garri on top beans.
Di circular sef no forget to talk to plenty big men for government, like di Chief of Staff, Secretary to di State Government and all di commissioners wey dey in charge of various departments. Na dem go make sure say di thing dey go smoothly for lambda and di workers no go carry prayer for head wey heavy on top work wahala.
As we dey enter di holy month, dem dey hope say everybody go fit use di time well, pray for better life and enjoy di few hours wey dem give back. For Kano, dem sabi how to handle Ramadan matter, and dis one no be exception. E be like say dem dey keep di fire burning for piety and community spirit.
So my pipo, if you dey for Kano, get ready to fast, pray and still do your small work at di same time! Dis one na chance to balance your spiritual life with your official duties. Blessed Ramadan to all our brothers and sisters wey dey observe di fast! Ki lo n sele, my people.
