Na Governor Francis Nwifuru talk am after wetin happen for State Security Council meeting. E say dem don see small progress for the investigation wey dem dey carry out about the January 29 killings wey scatter the place.
Now, people fit waka around that Amasiri area from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, but make you no forget say school go still dey close for the town. Nwifuru explain say na because dem wan make sure say everything dey okay before children go fit enter school again.
The governor yan say because of wetin happen, dem go carry out some strict measures to make sure say peace go return quick-quick for Amasiri and Okporojo. E even add say anybody wey dem catch wey dey involved for di violence go see court, no shaking!
When di governor dey talk, he mention say dem don arrest plenty people, including coordinator from di Development Centre and one traditional ruler. Na serious matter wey dem dey face for this wahala, and security agencies dey on ground to bring back di normalcy wey everybody dey find.
As dem dey look for how to solve di issues for di community, dem don also prepare one bill to repeal di law wey create di Amasiri Development Centre. Dis one go go House of Assembly sharp-sharp. Nwifuru also urge everybody for di area to cooperate with security agencies to make sure say peace go reign.
Wetin dey happen for Okporojo no be for play. Dem say four people don die and plenty houses don burn, so na im make government tighten security come flex dem mind on wetin dey happen. Di original curfew wey dem put wey start from 10 a.m to 2 p.m don change to di current 7 a.m to 6 p.m. But schools no dey open yet, make dem gather all di wahala wey dey and put am for ground so no any further chaos go happen.
