Governor Alex Otti talk dis one for meeting wey happen for Umuahia on Sunday. E come clear say all di salary arrears wey don dey pile up since 1999 go begin land before this month finish.

Otti, wey be correct baba, come reason say when dem first bring dis matter come am, e no sabi all di wahala wey dey inside, especially di court cases wey dey follow am like ghost.
