The constitution don talk say any arrest must follow proper procedure like section 35 wey talk about personal liberty, fair hearing for section 36, respect for dignity for section 34, and dem no go fit just waka come dey take wetin belong to person without di law backing am – dat na section 44 for property right.
To make matter worst, dem even carry him international passport like sey na play dem dey play. Na serious case of theft unless we wan call am wetin e be.
Malam El-Rufai don talk sey weytin dem do no go work for am. E no go run from law enforcement but go always answer any legit invitation without wahala. E don prepare to fight back and every agency wey join hands for dis unlawful act go soon face di music.
And of course, dem lawyers don vow sey dem go pursue legal action to make sure sey dis no go repeat again. Judiciary go do di needful to uphold di law, and dem go take all legal channels to get justice for El-Rufai.
