According to the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA), dem no gree anylonger with Isom management as e dey scatter the whole airline. The union wey get over 28,000 flight attendants say the company dey lag behind big time when e reach competition. Dem don dey shout say Isom be cause of this ‘downward spiral.’ Wetin dis mean? It mean say dem dey suffer for work, no be small.

The APFA no just stop there; dem don dey demand accountability and better support from management to fit turn this fishy situation around. Their letter clearly show say as Isom dey chop big money, employees dey suffer, no pay increase or profit sharing wey fit make their life better.
“Wetin we dey face na our livelihoods. E touch our health insurance, and na our pay wey dey feed our families. When we see our company dey run on empty, everybody dey fear,” said Erik Harris, wey be treasurer for APFA. Di worry wey dey follow this flight attendants na correct matter o!
Furthermore, the pilots union don also shout say dey no dey feel cool about the way Isom dey handle management. Dem dey talk say American Airlines dey go backward, and e no fit define who dem be as an airline. Na wetin we go call problem for industry wey need high-level results.
Despite the chorus of dissatisfaction, Isom still dey try to carry hope come say better things dey come for 2026. According to him, they dey plan to boost customer experience, and eventually make profits fly like peppered chicken on open fire.
