Na Prof. Nusirat Elelu, the Executive Secretary of the Kwara State Primary Healthcare Development Agency, wey drop this warning on Saturday during the training wey gree run for five days.
The training dey happen for Omu-Aran, Irepodun Local Government Area, and na this one be the first of its kind wey Kwara state don host. E gather all the routine immunization officers and local officers for di training, plus monitoring and evaluation officers from all 16 local government areas for the state. Na serious matter wey dem use dem gather so!
According to Prof. Elelu, she talk say make dem remain diligent, accountable, and committed. No be today dem sabi say data truth no be play. Falsifying data fit scatter everything wey dem don work for. E fit even affect people health negatively. Na she talk true, as we no wan hear say children wey suppose receive immunization no get am because some health worker wan do yeye!
She still talk say dem go need to sabi this training well because na wetin go help to improve how dem dey carry work. E no go just end there, she dey expect dem to carry di correct knowledge wey dem don gather come share am with other health workers for their various posts. Meanwhile, during di training, Mr. Michael Oguntoye, wey be the director of the primary healthcare system, come give dem practical gist on how dem go fit run their work well.
