E dey show wetin him dey call election fraud for 2020, but the end na where di video show the Obamas face superimposed on cartoon ape bodies as ‘The Lion Sleeps Tonight’ dey play for background. Chaiii! Dis one no sweet for eye at all.
When reporters catch am for Air Force One, Trump come dey claim say he no make mistake. Him talk say, ‘I no dey sorry, abeg.’ Na wah! Him even talk say na staffer wey no sabi wetin e dey do post di video, but wey him no fit fire dem! Wetin we go call this one? Talk and follow! Dis matter no go sweet.
The video withdraw plenty backlash from all sides, from Republicans to Democrats. Even Senator Tim Scott wey be di only Black guy for di Senate come dey shout say, ‘This video na the most racist thing wey I don see from this White House.’ Everybody don dey yell scatter as di video dey create more wahala for Trump.
White House Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, no help matter at all when she dey defend di video. She dey call di outrage ‘fake’ and wan make everybody focus on beta matter. But people wey no gree catch joke don dey ask: ‘Wetin be beta matter than racism?’ Dis one ehn! Na fight wey we no dey expect.
Even after dem come delete di video, wahala still dey ground. Folks like Rep. Mike Lawler and Chuck Schumer don dey call for apology. Schumer call di video ‘vile and offensive,’ while Lawler talk say, ‘Whether dis one na mistake or intentional, e no sweet at all!’ Who go believe say na only Trump dey involved for dis low blow wahala?
As we dey talk now, we no sabi how Trump wan come recover from dis one. E get as wahala dey unfold for di White House, especially as Black History Month dey happen, and everybody dey remind dem whom we be. The anger no be small!
