“We no dey play with di issue of our youths,” Otti talk as e dey assure everyone say Abia ready to join NJFP wey go help give our graduates di necessary skills to survive and flourish for society. Him even make dem sabi say Abia don already dey work on related program like their TechRise initiative wey don graduate 510 youths for di first batch and 849 for di second phase wey focus on digital economy.
Otti no forget to talk di aspect of leadership too. Him don start Leadership Academy wey don graduate almost 1000 young people. E wan make sure say di youths dem go sharp for leadership as dem dey march into di future, so dem go dey in charge.
“After all di gist of gown, we need to blend am with di town,” Otti sabi say, making sure say di connection between education and employability dey strong. E dey push for more partnership so dem fit run things better.
For di meeting, UNDP Team Lead, Mr. Innocent Ejolu, praise di plans dem, say di new phase go fit bring 20,000 fellows every year if Abia join hand for am. Na serious matter dis be, as e mean say we fit scale things for employment matter by thousands if dem work together well.
Meanwhile, di Senior Special Assistant to di President on Delivery and Coordination, Mr. Akubo Adegbe don drop his own wisdom.
