Wetin happen for Ogun State, no be small matter o! Na serious wahala wey happen as one commercial motorcyclist don waka come meet his early grave just because of N100 ticket!
Dem talk say the wahala burst for Ijoko area when the dey argue wetin wan make dem pay for their tickets. Dis one sharp argument wey turn violent just like that. Na one agbero, those guys wey dey collect money anyhow, stab the motorcyclist wey no be small. Chai! Dis na real life movie!
According to PUNCH Metro, eyewitness dem wey talk say the fight start small before e escalated quick. Only one person waka collect am well, while another person survive the gory encounter. Rasheed, one motorcyclist wey dey on ground, talk say di guy wey dem kill na from Nasarawa and his people no take am lightly.
As the news spread, protest follow like say na fire wey dey burn for inside bush. Motorcyclists for Lambe, Agbado, and Akute no gree rest as dem dey face each other with dem agberos, dey disrupt the whole transport system. Many passengers no fit enter bike again as dem dey trek go where dem dey go. Abeg, wetin really happen for this side na so, wahala dey show.
Ganiyu, another bike man from Akute, gree with wetin Rasheed talk. E said since dem stab di guy, tension don dey high for everywhere. Dem no fit work properly again, and police don also step in, arrest some of di people dem during another round of wahala. Dem don confirm say the incident happen for Ijoko area, no be Akute matter at all.
One senior police officer wey no wan show for public eye talk say after di action, di motorcyclists begin protest to dey express their anger sweet-sweet. E look like say dis no be di first time, as clashes between dis bikemen and levy collectors don dey saga for years now. Na true say dem dey complain sey dem dey extort dem and dey do dem anyhow.
Last year for 2023, similar wahala happen for Akute Bus Stop and Alagbole where dem fight over ticket increase, e make some people run for their life. Property don destroy, shops don close, and na wahala be dat.
My people, as we dey follow this matter, make we dey shine our eyes well well, because for Naija, no wahala dey finish. Na serious wahala wey dey go on for di road as di government and transport union need to settle dis matter before e turn to serious gbege. Keep una ears opened, the roads dey hot!
