Oyetola dey very giddy about this reform wey fit change the game for fish production. He talk say, “This digitisation go burst administrative bottlenecks wey dey hold our system down. Now, the digital platform go help dem track fish import, cut delay, and ensure say only rightful and registered importers go dey get license.
