Philemon Ogbonna, wey be the Commissioner for Environment, come talk say e dey vex for how market leaders behave. I no fit blame am. Wetin dem dey do? Dem no dey report when piles of waste dey gather inside market, and dis kind negligence no gree help anybody. As dem dey carry out the exercise, e clear say leadership for Orie Ugba market no fit do dia homework.
