Widow dey beg Abia Governor make dem find her son

Chai! Na wah o! Justina Chibuzor wey be 58-year-old widow don run come beg Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, and all the police big men make dem help am find her only son, Ifeanyi Chibuzor. The mama dey vex because she no see her son wey dem arrest since April 9, 2025.

Ifeanyi na 22-year-old cobbler wey dey sell motor oil, e just waka go buy small things for local store when police come carry am. E be like say na for ground dem take see cutlass wey dey for their house, and dem just carry Ifeanyi join without any wahala.

Adaku, Ifeanyi sister, don talk say for night around 10 pm, police come carry Ifeanyi reach house with handcuff and ask dem make dem follow go Central Police Station (CPS). Na there wey wahala begin! One day after, Adaku try visit her brother for police cell, but after five days, dem tell am say he don transfer Ifeanyi go another place.

Sister Adaku no fit sleep after that matter. She waka go different detention places in Umuahia, Aba, and Ohafia but all dem efforts no yield anything. Na finally, she carry matter go Abia High Court for Umuahia, wey Justice K. C. J. Okereke dey handle. She file suit number HU/76M/2025 to make police people produce Ifeanyi for court.

Justice Okereke gree say make dem bring Ifeanyi, but na so wahala continue. Because money no dey ground, Justina and Adaku carry their matter go Legal Aid Council for help. Dem just dey beg Governor Alex Otti and police make dem hear their cry.

Madam Justina no gree rest; she don talk say make dem find her son because she don lose hope. Her lawyer, Chimereze Onuigbo, dey complain say all the police big men dey dodge am like say dem be ghosts. After a while, dem just waka go court. The court give judgment of N200 million against the police people when dem no show up.

Lawyer Onuigbo wen dey vex talk say, “This matter no suppose dey like this. This na human life we dey talk about. Even bandits dey come court, so wetin be all this?” Wetin be police dey do? One reporter even try reach Police Public Relations Officer, Maureen Chinaka, but no response from dem side. E no good at all!
