Soludo Dey Fight IPOB Sit-at-home, Traders No Gree

My people, wetin dey happen for Anambra na serious matter o! You fit believe say this Monday sit-at-home don cause plenty wahala for di state? Since dem start am for August 2021, e don dey affect business, school, and everything.

Di governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, no wan make dis sit-at-home order continue again. Abeg, who fit blame am? E don dey cause gbe-gbe for di region like say na small fire wey no fit quench. Di order wey IPOB put for ground, na to pressure di federal government to release their leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

Dem tok say this sit-at-home na a form of protest, but e don turn market dem to ghost towns every Monday. People dey fear to come out, because wahala fit come for anybody wey no follow di order. Dem dey give punishment wey no dey joke, anywhere wey dem catch you, dem fit just carry gun come meet you.

Soludo no gree sit down dey look again. Him don sharp up and try to reason with people to open shops. Even him don order make dem shut Onitsha Main Market since traders dey comply with di sit-at-home. E reason say dis compliance dey show say di state get parallel government—na wetin we sabi as ‘lawlessness’.

Despite wetin Soludo dey talk, traders still dey fear. Dem dey ask: Wetin go happen if we go against di sit-at-home? Their gist don turn to protest, as youths don start to dey shout on di streets against Soludo. Dem dey vex say di governor no sabi wha dem dey face.

Even police dey sharp on top di matter, as di Anambra command don mobilize security for di market. Dem no want make wahala burst, but di fear wey IPOB don plant for ground e no be small o. People dey move with caution, as dem dey enjoy di flavor of di sit-at-home—real or imagined!

For di backdrop, IPOB don already tok say dey no support dis sit-at-home again. So, who dey carry am continue? Na those faceless people wey dey disguise as law enforcers. Soludo dey face big wahala, cos dis fight no go easy, e no fit dey go alone. E need to gather di community leaders, market people, and traditional heads make dem join hand.

On di other hand, some lawmakers dey criticize Soludo’s approach. Dem dey talk say him steps fit make di matter worse, as di fear wey soludo wan quench fit just scatter again if no be careful. Egbon Aguocha don hammer di point well, say we need peaceful protests and conversation to solve our issues. No be by force and wahala

No forget say dis whole sit-at-home matter dey connected to plenty other bigger issues wey dey affect di South-East. If dem no handle am well, e fit lead to fresh violence wey nobody wan see. Na so di matter be, my people, we go keep our eyes open and see wetin go happen Sunday.
