The rain wey fall no even pass slight, but water just sit down for bridge like say e no wan move, all because drainage no dey work as e suppose. Na blocked drainage channels cause this kain wahala wey turn motorists to snail for the road.
People wey dey waka for Lagos know say when traffic jam don show, e dey spill over like bad market! So, as dem dey jam for Odo Iyaloro Bridge, all the traffic begin waka comot go Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, then Ikorodu Road sef join body. Na so dem go waste time wey dem suppose use enjoy their Friday.
Drivers wey dey vex, don come out dey talk say na poor drainage maintenance cause this wahala. Dem dey call on the government make dem go clear the blocked channels wey dey bring this kind wahala, if not, anytime rain fall, we go dey see dem road turn river again.
My people, make we shine our eye well for this kind matter. E no too good to dey always wait make problem happen before we fit act. We go need correct attention for our roads, else we go dey find ourselves in jam, dey waste time wey we suppose take chill for house or do something beta!
