Na three serious counts dem arrange for am wey concern forgery and false statements to ICPC investigators. E be like sey dis man wan dey use magic for certificate approval o! But as dem check am well, e no fit hide away from di koko.

According to di gist, Yusuf don claim say him graduate from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), wey dey Zaria, Kaduna State, for 1997, wahala dey wey he talk sey na Bachelor of Science for Business Administration, Second Class Honours (Lower Division) him carry come. But, na lie wey dem fit smell. ABU come waka show say dem no give am any certificate like dat at all! Olokiki wahala dey here o!

Follow di investigation, ABU provide more documents including graduation list and di transcript wey show say dis Yusuf actually graduate with Third-Class, no be di Second-Class wey him dey claim. So, you fit imagine sey dis guy don carry fake certificate, just to land di NIPC job wey he start for May 5, 2010. Na serious matter dis o!

Dem charge am under serious sections wey dey for Penal Code Laws of di Federation wey no dey play. If dem chop am, na Section 363 – forgery, and Section 366 – fraudulent documents wey dem dey pipe for expectation of hot pepper for him body, and di rest law wey dey cover false statements wey he don give to di ICPC officers.

Even as di charge dey fly, Yusuf no bulge; him dey insist sey him no guilty. As di matter dey go on, di prosecuting lawyer, Mr. David Nwaze, don request for trial date, while di defence lawyer, Mr. Denen Kya, don come with one motion for bail like sey na some hot gist wey dem dey ask for na dem country feedback.
